What started as a casual visit quickly turned into a full-on takeover.
With his warm smile, friendly personality, and surprisingly professional customer service skills, Lai Lok Yi instantly became the centre of attention. Guests couldn't stop snapping photos, saying hello, and even choosing his counter when placing their orders.
Needless to say, our team was both impressed and slightly worried. 😂
